One million subscribers: Dip receives YouTube’s Gold Creator Award
Dip’s channel has passed one million subscribers. YouTube presents him with the Gold Creator Award, nine years after his first award.

On 7 October 2026, Dip Doundou Guiss received the YouTube Creator Awards Gold Creator Award. The award honours channels that pass one million subscribers.
The journey began long before. In 2017, Dip became the first Senegalese rapper to pass 100,000 subscribers on YouTube. Nine years later, the channel has one million subscribers and more than 157 million total views.
That number was built one video at a time. Me N You remains the most watched, with more than 19 million views. Noboma Woon, LNN, One Night, Musiba and DND · Dungeen Daj, named Best Music Video of the Year at the 2025 Outside Awards, have each passed 7 million.
This award belongs first and foremost to the fans. The Faycal Gang and the Morée watch, share and comment on every release, in Senegal and across the diaspora. Thank you to them.
